APPEARANCE

A rich, luminous golden-amber hue with warm copper undertones. Deeply coloured and inviting, with a naturally dense, softly set appearance that hints at the honey's full-bodied character.

AROMA

A full-bodied, earthy aroma with inviting notes of soft caramel and golden syrup. Warm and rounded on the nose, with a subtle depth that introduces the honey's rich and complex character.

PALATE

An expressive opening of tropical fruit, led by distinctive papaya notes and lively fruity sweetness. Gentle acidity brings freshness and balance, giving way to warm caramel, delicate floral nuances and intriguing hints of wood, heather and smoke.

TEXTURE

Luxuriously thick and full-bodied, with a naturally grainy, softly crystallised texture. Rich and substantial on the spoon, yet pleasingly yielding on the palate, melting gently in the mouth to release its evolving flavours. Naturally inclined to crystallise over time, it may develop a thicker, softly set texture while retaining its distinctive flavour.

FINISH

A rounded finish in which soft caramel sweetness and subtle earthy notes follow the brighter tropical opening. Flavours evolve pleasantly across the palate, leaving a distinctive impression without overwhelming it.
