Our Social Impact
43% of the world’s smallholder farmers are women, yet many operate on a smaller scale to their male counterparts, often because they have less access to finance, resources and markets.
So our social objective is to empower female farmers to build sustainable incomes for themselves and their families. Through various initiatives, we provide beehives, training in sustainable harvesting techniques and direct access to markets through our inclusive value chains - ensuring harvested products are purchased at economically fair prices.

Of Beehives Donated Sustainably
To date, we have empowered over 1,200 female farmers.
Using the standard 1:5 impact ratio between the financial impact on an African woman and the wider impact on her household, we estimate that this has extended to approximately 6,000 lives.
Our Environmental Impact
When bees thrive, communities and ecosystems can thrive with them. Climate change is disrupting crops, food systems and livelihoods, with rural farmers and their families often among those most vulnerable to its effects.
Our donated beehives do more than produce honey. Through pollination, they can help increase crop yields by up to 25%, creating more food for communities and additional income when surplus crops are sold. And the impact continues beyond the harvest. Greater pollination supports plant reproduction and biodiversity, helping to sustain healthier ecosystems and the wider food chain.
Because doing good should leave more growing, not less, behind.
